"The Interviews was a Success"
Article submitted by Brenda Lindley

(Auburn, Calif. March 2009)
PCT’S first presentation of an original work was a tremendous success. All seats for the two week run of the show were reserved by opening night, causing the group to add two additional performances on the following weekend. "The Interviews," is a comedy about Gary, the Manager of a business who is ready to leave on his Hawaiian vacation, or so he thinks, but finds himself completing a few interviews first, several of which are truly unforgettable. Brian Jagger wrote the script based on personal experience and interviews from others of their real life experiences in the job interview process. Yes, the characters in the play are based on real people! The show featured new performers to PCT including Placer County Supervisor Kirk Uhler, Tori Connolly, Elise Haro, and newcomer Nick Cassidy in his first theatrical performance ever, as well as seasoned PCT performers Alana Szymanski, George Delzer, Jeff Gregory, Sally Gardner, Duane Causie, Linda Hefti, Connie Holt, and Erick Lindley.
